How do I know my size?
Our pieces have a relaxed, boxy fit and are true to size. Prefer an oversized look? Size up. A detailed size guide is included on every product page.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we will do our best to adjust it before it ships.

Shipping

When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. NL/BE delivery takes 1–3 business days, EU 3–7 business days.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes — international shipping is calculated at checkout.

Product

Why limited runs?
We produce in small quantities on purpose. It keeps quality high and every piece meaningful. Once a run sells out, it will not be restocked.

How do I care for my RHAES pieces?
Wash cold, inside out, no dryer. The garment wash means the fabric only gets better with age.
