14-day return window
Not completely satisfied? You can return your order within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with all labels attached.
How it works
- Send an e-mail to our support team via the contact page with your order number.
- You will receive return instructions within 1 business day.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Mention it in your return request — if the size is in stock, we will reserve it for you.
Please note
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty. Limited-run items remain returnable within the 14-day window.
